Responsibilities
Work from routed instructions, manufacturing process plans, blueprints, and verbal direction under moderate supervision
Plan and execute setups, selecting and staging tools per the setup sheet
Use a variety of handheld measuring instruments to validate dimensions
Write simple programs at the machine when needed; read/edit G & M code
Download and upload programs at the machine
Complete accompanying routers as operations are finished before moving parts forward
Qualification
Required
High school career machine trades program preferred
G & M coding experience (able to read/edit)
Blueprint literacy and working knowledge of GD&T
Strong mechanical and spatial aptitude
Must be US Citizen
Must be over 18
Must be able to pass a drug test
Cannot have any past felonies
