Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project management team and designated staff
Data entry of Accounts Payable
Update the Project Progress Tracking database regularly
Coordinate the distribution of project documents to both internal and external parties, as necessary or as appropriate per company procedures
Interface with both internal and external individuals involved in projects, such as project team members, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Maintain ongoing communication related to projects, respond to inquiries, research and provide information as necessary to ensure smooth administration of projects
Utilize company accounting system to enter invoices and purchase orders
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED is required
2+ years of experience in an administrative office position is required
1+ years of Accounts Payable experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is required
Preferred
1+ year of administrative/project support in construction is preferred
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred
Strong Excel experience is preferred
