Qualification
Required
A strategic and proactive professional with a background in architecture, interior design (preferred)
Experienced in business development or client acquisition within the architecture, real estate, or urban planning sectors
Well-connected in the U.S. development and design community
An excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
