Account Executive
NoviHome is the #1 Buyer Experience Platform for homebuilders, aiming to enhance the buyer experience and improve communication throughout the sales cycle. They are seeking a full-cycle Account Executive responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, while also engaging in business development activities.
Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, conferences, webinars, and industry events
Book and run product demos with homebuilders and developer teams
Engage key decision-makers and clearly articulate NoviHome’s value to their buyer experience and sales outcomes
Represent NoviHome at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
Re-engage existing and dormant leads with creative, thoughtful outreach
Partner with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and follow-up strategy
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot
Stay current on buyer behavior, homebuilding trends, and competitive solutions
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in the homebuilding industry (sales, marketing, OSC, or related roles)
OR Full-cycle sales experience in SaaS
Self-starter
Comfortable prospecting and initiating conversations across multiple channels
Strong communicator who can build trust with builder executives and sales leadership
Tech-forward mindset with confidence running virtual and in-person demos
Independent, self-directed, and comfortable operating with high autonomy
Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and occasional team meetings
Competitive, resilient, and results-driven
Preferred
CRM experience required, HubSpot preferred
