1+ years expLHH is a fast-moving team focused on maintaining North America's supply chain. They are seeking a detail-driven, tech-savvy Logistics Analyst to support their North America Control Tower Team by managing freight operations, ensuring on-time pickups, and handling data reporting.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound & outbound freight operations with precision
Ensure on-time pickups and monitor carrier performance
Handle heavy data work, including internal & external reporting
Monitor transportation systems, resolve exceptions, and communicate with logistics partners
Support backfill needs due to HM retirement
Plan and schedule shipments using OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and TMF
Deliver into retail customers and track shipment status
Run Tableau performance reports weekly
Conduct root cause & corrective action analysis for service failures
Qualification
Required
Logistics / supply chain experience (1–3 years required; more welcome within rate range)
Experience working with large freight forward carriers
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Knowledge of OTM or similar systems (SAP TM acceptable)
Analytical mindset + problem‑solving energy
Preferred
Power BI (preferred) or Tableau
Retail logistics exposure
Process‑improvement mindset
PowerPoint for reporting
