Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters
Lead the development of strategic marketing plans and initiatives that align with client objectives and drive business growth
Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and content, to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client strategies and deliver added value
Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality

Required

You have financial services marketing experience
You can put together a killer marketing plan in alignment with company goals
You are equal parts strategy + execution
You feel you can juggle multiple client accounts successfully
You know HubSpot inside and out
You can build relationships with Founders, CEO and CMOs
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior marketing roles within the financial services industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and strategies to both internal teams and clients
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
A passion for marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization and embrace the challenges of a dynamic and evolving role
