Design and implement robust, scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React
Enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities
Bridge the gap between user-centric front-end design and secure, high-performance back-end services
Ensure that authentication and authorization are seamlessly integrated into the user journey
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Java Mastery: 4+ years of professional experience with Java (8 or higher) and a deep understanding of the Spring Framework (specifically Spring Boot and Spring Security)
Frontend Proficiency: 3+ years of experience building complex SPAs (Single Page Applications) using React.js, including state management (Redux, Toolkit, or Context API) and React Hooks
API Design: Proven track record of designing and consuming RESTful APIs with a focus on scalability and secure communication
Database Knowledge: Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL alternatives (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
