Draft and implement estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and advanced planning strategies
Handle probate and trust administration matters from inception to completion
Advise clients on estate, gift, and asset protection strategies
Communicate effectively with clients to understand goals and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with team members and take ownership of matters to ensure high-quality outcomes
Qualification
Required
2-10 years of experience in estate planning and/or probate
Licensed to practice law in Texas
Strong work ethic with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for estate planning and probate law
Preferred
Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law (preferred) or willing to obtain certification within 3 years of employment
