Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automatic CNCs Centers and fully automatic assembly line machines to ensure efficient and qualitive production of the parts
Quality controls of the parts with manual gauges
Adjust and Change of Cutting tools at the CNCs
Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Machining & assembly line machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality
Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related experience in operating automatic CNCs and assembly lines
High School Diploma
Preferred
Trade School preferred
