Employment Law Associate Attorney
Responsibilities
Advise employers on day-to-day California employment law issues
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
Assist with or manage employment litigation matters
Support matters involving wage and hour claims, FEHA claims, and related disputes
Work closely with clients to provide practical, business-focused guidance
Qualification
Required
2–7 years of experience in employment law
Strong working knowledge of California labor and employment laws
Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
Active membership with the California State Bar
