Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
Provide input on annual marketing planning, budget allocation, and performance tracking
Ensure alignment of local campaigns with MARLI New York’s global brand vision
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
Collaborate with merchandising and creative teams to craft compelling narratives around MARLI collections
Ensure brand messaging resonates with high-net-worth clientele and luxury trendsetters
Establish consistent and elevated retail marketing guidelines
Assist in driving omnichannel marketing initiatives, including digital, social, PR, and experiential activations
Coordinate with celebrity stylists, influencers, and media partners to maximize visibility
Support event marketing for galas, trunk shows, and VIP experiences
Support retail marketing activations, collateral and tracking
Provide day-to-day assistance to the Director in managing junior marketing staff
Partner with sales, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys
Liaise with global teams to adapt international strategies for the U.S. market
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in luxury fashion, jewelry, or beauty
Strong organizational skills with the ability to support senior leadership and manage agencies (A MUST)
Proven track record of leading successful campaigns in the luxury sector
