The pool enables engagement with qualified candidates for various instructional roles as positions become available, including full-time, part-time, or temporary positions across all grade levels and subjects.

Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree is required
Valid teaching certification or eligibility, depending on the position
Experience working with diverse learners and communities
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
A master's degree is preferred for some positions
