Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple functions, including technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal staffing
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes using Rippling Applicant Tracking System
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and define selection criteria
Utilize social media management tools and platforms to generate leads, promote job openings, and enhance employer branding efforts
Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate reports on hiring metrics, and support succession planning initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles with a focus on sourcing for manufacturing roles like engineering, welding, and machining
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates at all levels. Bilingual candidates strongly considered
Familiarity with ATS platforms
Knowledge of employment & labor law principles to ensure compliant hiring practices
Ability to conduct cold calling for lead generation and talent pipelining efforts
Demonstrated ability to research market trends and develop effective sourcing strategies for diverse roles
Preferred
Experience in technical recruiting or executive search is highly desirable
