Responsibilities
Utilize PowerShell for Active Directory management and automation
Generate and deliver operational and financial reports for the Accounting team
Collaborate closely with Finance and business teams to define system requirements and implement effective solutions
Support Salesforce administration, configuration, and user assistance
Assist in managing server, network, and security environments
Participate in the full software development lifecycle for IT projects
Research and recommend technology solutions aligned with business goals
Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures
Provide backup support for other IT functions as needed
Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to other company locations as required
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 5+ years in a business systems analyst or related technical role
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Active Directory
Hands-on experience with Salesforce
Familiarity with RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and Access
Understanding of server, network, and security management
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external vendors
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial business environment
Exposure to accounting or finance-related systems and reporting
Project leadership or coordination experience
