Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding OPT candidates for various IT roles
Build a candidate pipeline
Coordinate with clients
Create job postings
Conduct interviews
Ensure effective communication with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless hiring process
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in candidate sourcing and screening methods, including platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
Knowledge of employment laws, particularly in relation to OPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B visa processes
Preferred
Previous experience in IT recruitment or working with international students
