Responsibilities
Lead daily ESD tasks for multiple ESD labs across an aerospace production site
Support ESD Site Lead/Focal on tasks related to:
Annual ESD compliance verification of ESD labs
Periodic random auditing of ESD and humidity control compliance
ESD event investigations
Revision of ESD related quality documentation
Manage daily operation of ESD ticket system
Provide ESD related services within critical time periods
Communicate with internal customers about ESD related tasks and tickets
Have a quality mindset
Collect data for ESD related events for review by ESD SME and ESD Site Focal
Current or prior ESD-TR53 ESD Compliance Verification Technician certification
Experience operating specialized ESD related test equipment
Knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20
Prepare Test Documentation
Lead a small team with work direction, training and scheduling
Operate general purpose test equipment to include oscilloscopes, DVMs, power supplies and function generators
Qualification
Required
5 years relevant experience
Current or prior ESD-TR53 ESD Compliance Verification Technician certification
Experience operating specialized ESD related test equipment
Knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20
Preferred
Experience with Aerospace production Quality and Test
