Responsibilities
Contribute to end-to-end procurement process by managing purchase requests from submission to final execution
Gain hands-on experience with finance tools including Coupa, Navan, Netsuite, ZipHQ, and Stripe
Play a key role in streamlining the onboarding experience for our external vendors and internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, etc)
Enhance the efficiency of our Finance Operations team by optimizing and improving data quality
Engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with the Finance team and various business units
Contribute to innovative process and workflow optimization through an AI-driven approach
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028
Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and adapt quickly to new challenges
A curious self-starter with a strong desire to learn and take initiative
Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect the dots and understand the broader impact of your work
A dependable and accountable individual
Meticulous and precise, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Preferred
Have demonstrated experience in projects or coursework in AI or Data Science
Have a prior internship or co-op experience in Supply Chain or Procurement (nice to have)
