Responsibilities

Deliver high quality content to improve AI models
Review, revise, edit, and validate content, including AI-generated outputs
Evaluate AI outputs and identify gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies across model tasks, in English and multilingual contexts
Develop extremely complex, multi-instruction prompts with rubrics and reference responses to expose LLM weaknesses
Craft prompts for safety and PII gap testing (red teaming)
Collaborate with client teams to understand and clarify project requirements
Design and establish linguistic and editorial style guidelines and standards
Create, compile, and organize technical and AI-related documentation for internal and external use
Support technical content and workflow documentation, including architecture or process diagrams as needed

Required

Native proficiency in Japanese or Italian; strong English required
Experience in linguistic review, localization, content quality, or technical writing
Experience in prompt engineering (minimum 6 months)
Strong editorial, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to understand AI workflows and technical concepts at a high level
Proven proficiency in Python in previous roles
Strong experience with Google Workspace
Ability to handle ambiguity and last-minute changes during projects
