They are seeking a Customs Business Development Associate to develop and expand their customs brokerage services by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities in the customs brokerage market (MX & US) and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to enhance our customs brokerage platform
Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all customs-related activities are conducted in compliance with local and international regulations
Keep up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and market trends
Provide guidance and support to customers on customs-related issues
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in customs brokerage or logistics
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and cross border operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English & Spanish, both written and spoken
