Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Conduct outbound follow-ups on warm leads, trade show leads, quotes, and open opportunities
Assist in qualifying prospects and routing high-value opportunities to the regional sales team and manufacturers’ representatives, respectively
Maintain regular customer contact to build relationships and identify potential opportunities
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers
Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
Maintain detailed, up-to-date records in Sales Force, including lead interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity
Support territory planning, reporting, and account management activities for the broader sales team
Assist with preparing sales reports and forecasting as needed
Work with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation programs
Participate in sales meetings and training to stay current on products, pricing, and competitive insights
Provide feedback from customers and market trends to help improve sales processes and offerings
Work with trade show leads to nurture and develop sales opportunities

Required

1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience (industry experience preferred but not required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with CRM tools (Sales Force experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable with phone-based selling and email communication
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
