National Account Executive
Adkom is seeking a National Account Executive to join our industry-leading sales team. In this role, you will drive new business and manage relationships with agencies and brands, leveraging your media experience to create impactful OOH campaigns.

Responsibilities
Drive new and incremental revenue by identifying, developing, and closing national brand and agency opportunities while expanding spend across existing accounts
Own and grow a national book of business by building trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies
Create and deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that align Adkom’s media solutions to client objectives
Lead on-site and virtual needs assessments to uncover client challenges and recommend customized, high-impact advertising strategies
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales Support, and external media owners to ensure flawless campaign execution and on-time delivery
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined prospecting, strategic upselling, and account growth initiatives
Support full-cycle account management, including coordination on billing, collections, and issue resolution to maintain strong client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant media sales experience required; national sales experience in static OOH, DOOH, or pDOOH to brands and agencies strongly preferred
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, including consistent new business generation
Strong understanding of agency holding companies, including organizational structures, client rosters, and media planning and buying processes
Solid knowledge of diverse OOH environments and products, with the ability to clearly articulate their value to brands and agencies
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
Comfortable adapting to evolving technology and systems; CRM experience a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Established relationships with OOH-focused agencies in New York, Los Angeles, or Chicago preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
