National Sales Manager
Sanford Rose Associates is an international manufacturer of electronics manufacturing equipment seeking a National Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the United States. This hands-on role involves driving new business, developing strategic accounts, and managing a national channel network.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the US sales strategy for capital equipment sold into electronics manufacturing environments
Drive new logo acquisition across EMS and OEM customers
Manage and develop manufacturer reps, distributors, and integrators nationwide
Lead complex, technical sales cycles including on-site demos, trials, and application discussions
Build and expand strategic national and multi-site accounts
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
Represent the business at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Capital equipment sales into electronics manufacturing, SMT, or closely adjacent markets
Proven new business / hunter profile with measurable growth impact
Experience working with rep firms or distributor-led sales models
Strong technical aptitude and comfort engaging with manufacturing engineers and operations teams
Ability to travel extensively and operate independently
Preferred
Exposure to soldering, SMT, automation, or electronics assembly equipment
Experience supporting US growth for a global or international OEM
Prior national or multi-region sales leadership responsibility
