Responsibilities
Record and maintain journal entries in SAP in compliance with GAAP; prepare recurring entries and reconciliations
Investigate and report account variances; implement process improvements as needed
Support audits and tax filings by preparing work papers, responding to requests, and ensuring timely compliance
Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank and loan accounts, and manage financial programs such as grants and credit initiatives
Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and oversee capital projects from initiation to close
Ensure accurate vendor payments, manage GR/IR process, and resolve discrepancies; assist with customer account reporting as needed
Collect and review expense reports, receipts, and approvals; ensure proper general ledger coding
Develop and maintain accounting metrics in collaboration with leadership to support financial performance
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting
Two to four years of experience preferred
Proficiency in SAP accounting software, financial modeling and data analysis tools
