We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be responsible for building and deploying AI-powered applications that drive efficiencies and revolutionize supply chain management.

Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree
8+ years experience working with software product teams, either in a product role, or design or engineering
5+ years of product management experience building complex tools and systems
Preferred
Experience building AI-powered products, including the use of MCP and agent-based systems, and familiarity with large language model frameworks for evaluating and fine-tuning models
Good understanding of building enterprise-grade ML pipelines (data prep, distributed training, optimization, monitoring) in cloud environments
Product-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to define, build, and scale intentional product processes shared cross-functionally
Proven ability to shape, articulate, and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and iterative roadmap that balances user needs, business goals, stakeholder priorities, and team capacity, and to inspire teams to execute against it
Deep customer empathy, with experience building delightful user experiences by understanding and solving real user needs and pain points
Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in user research, usability studies, analytics, and business data to prioritize work and drive impactful outcomes
Demonstrated leadership and influence across product teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership through clear communication of product decisions, roadmaps, and long-term goals
Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with engineers and designers, and effectively prioritize among competing needs
Experience with supply chain processes and consumer product design is not required, but you must have an interest in learning about these areas and becoming deeply familiar with this domain
