Responsibilities
Administer and enhance UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions modules: Attestation, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and labor automation
Act as the go-to expert for UKG Pro WFM functionality, best practices, and system design
Provide read-only access and historical validation support for Workforce Central data when needed for audits, compliance reviews, or payroll reconciliation
Transform business needs into technical configurations with clear documentation
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams on system improvements, troubleshooting, and UAT activities
Support platform updates, conducting regression testing and release validation
Resolve complex timekeeping, scheduling, and accrual discrepancies to ensure payroll accuracy
Build standard and custom reports to meet operational and regulatory requirements
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support
Maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise applications
Qualification
Required
5+ years supporting UKG Workforce Management platforms
Deep functional knowledge of UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions configuration
Solid grasp of workforce management principles: time tracking, shift scheduling, leave accruals, attendance enforcement, and labor compliance
Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into effective system solutions
Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities
Clear communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
Advanced Excel skills
Experience in post-migration or dual-system WFM environments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related discipline (strongly preferred)
