Responsibilities
Manage assigned pharmacy categories, including formulary alignment, sourcing, and supplier performance
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and cost-reduction initiatives
Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical teams to support P&T committee decisions
Monitor inventory, mitigate shortages, and reduce waste and expiries
Ensure compliance with FDA, USP, and hospital policies
Analyze utilization, spend, and market trends to improve category performance
Qualification
Required
08 to 10 years of experience required
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in hospital pharmacy, category management, or healthcare procurement
Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
PharmD or healthcare background preferred
