Responsibilities
Develop and enhance custom and COTS applications using .NET Full Stack technologies ASP.NET, C#, Angular, SQL Server, Web API and exposure to JAVA
Analyze complex business requirements and architect robust secure and scalable solutions tailored for the Insurance domain
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Champion best practices for software development, testing, deployment and code reviews
Optimize application performance, scalability and reliability across enterprise systems
Integrate and maintain SQL Server components ensuring data integrity and security
Implement Agile methodologies while demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and adaptive change management across all phases of the development lifecycle
Prepare and present progress reports, key metrics and enhancement outcomes to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards and regulatory requirements
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives for development and support processes
Mentor junior developers on technical troubleshooting, Agile practices and ITIL methodologies
Foster a collaborative team culture focused on innovation, accountability and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, Angular, SQL Server, Web API
Hands-on experience in Insurance domain applications and workflows
Expertise in designing and implementing scalable secure solutions
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to engage with client stakeholders and understand business needs
Effective in requirement review and work effort estimation
Collaborative mindset with leadership qualities to mentor and guide team members
Preferred
Experience with .NET Web Forms
Exposure to Java Spring Boot
Exposure to cloud technologies
