Responsibilities
Develop and manage a strategic target customer list; segment and prioritize high-value opportunities
Build relationships and gain access to key decision-makers within target accounts to drive revenue and pipeline growth
Lead proposals and the RFP process, ensuring alignment with customer needs, inventory, and company objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver business pitches and customer solutions
Design and execute short- and long-term business development plans that support organizational goals
Use CRM and data analysis tools to track and communicate sales activity, pipeline performance, and customer insights
Share timely voice-of-customer feedback to inform strategy and future product initiatives
Apply strong financial and analytical thinking to support sales planning and execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales or business development
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts
Experience leading cross-functional teams to secure new business
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Travel up to 70%
Preferred
Healthcare experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI experience a plus
