They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects ensuring on-time delivery and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, analyze workflows, and design functional artifacts (Use Cases, GUI/screen designs, and specifications)
Manage project timelines, resource estimation, task prioritization, and billing tracking to ensure on-time delivery
Partner with the sales team to provide technical documents, generate quotes/statements of work, and conduct online or on-site solution demonstrations
Perform system testing and create user manuals/installation documentation
Maintain a knowledge base of end-user issues and resolutions; develop standardized forms for project tracking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in 'STEM' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or in Communications/Marketing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (version 2000 and higher)
General knowledge of software development and implementation
General knowledge of system analysis and functional design
General knowledge of user interface principles and design standards
General knowledge of system design documentation
General knowledge of documentation and training
General knowledge of project planning and estimation
General knowledge of application architectures
General knowledge of project management
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Ability to work in a team environment as well as a self-directed work environment
Domestic and International travel will be required (up to 30%)
Preferred
Working knowledge of label formatting software desired
