Responsibilities
Servicing, renewing and marketing new and renewal personal lines & small commercial property and casualty accounts
Provide outstanding client service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and service issues
Review and process endorsements with accuracy, leveraging virtual assistant support
Maintain orderly and thorough digital files and information, following agency standards
Build strong rapport with underwriters, clients and team members
Conduct proactive reviews of renewal rate increases and underwriting issues, resolving them or suggesting alternatives
Qualification
Required
Property and Casualty insurance license
2+ years of Personal Lines experience with a minimum of 1 year working in an independent agency setting (familiar working with multiple carriers)
