Senior Manager of Audience Acquisition Marketing
SAPinsider hosts the largest community of SAP professionals in the world, and they are seeking a Senior Manager of Audience Acquisition Marketing. This role involves owning ticket sales for multiple high-stakes events, building repeatable systems, leading a small team, and optimizing conversion funnels to turn website visitors into paying attendees.

Responsibilities
Build and lead a 2-3 person audience acquisition team with clear ownership of ticket-sales metrics for each member
Create scalable playbooks (not 50-page documents—practical, repeatable systems) so your team can launch high-quality campaigns quickly across multiple SAPinsider events
Design and run multi-channel campaigns: email sequences, paid LinkedIn/Facebook, Google search, retargeting, community outreach, and SDR partnerships—all laser-focused on moving prospects to paid registrations
Monitor daily and weekly performance: When ticket sales lag, you don't wait for a meeting—you diagnose the gap (messaging? audience? offer?) and adjust channels, creative, or targeting immediately
Optimize the entire funnel: ad click → landing page → form → payment. You'll remove friction, run multivariate tests, and obsess over conversion rate improvements
Own event websites and registration flows in partnership with web/product teams—ensuring every CTA, value prop, and urgency element drives ticket purchases
Define and refine ideal attendee profiles (roles, industries, SAP use cases) and build segmented lists large enough to over-deliver on targets
Partner with content and design teams to create email templates and copy that get opened, clicked, and converted
Qualification
Required
5+ years driving paid event registrations (not just 'event marketing'—actual revenue accountability for ticket sales)
Know B2B enterprise technology audiences cold: IT leaders, finance executives, security professionals, data/cloud architects
Have run multiple concurrent campaigns for large-scale B2B events (hundreds to thousands of paid attendees)
Are a data-driven optimizer: You've lowered cost-per-registration, increased conversion rates, and can explain exactly how
Understand the SAP ecosystem OR have marketed to enterprise software buyers who use platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday
Are fluent in marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot/Marketo/Brevo + Salesforce)—you can build segments, nurture sequences, and attribution reports yourself
Have hands-on experience with event websites (WordPress), registration platforms, email campaign management, A/B testing, and analytics dashboards
Don't just execute processes—you improve and define them based on what the data tells you
