Responsibilities
Lead and manage VanDyk Mortgage's top-level marketing programs, delivering strategic guidance and execution support to top-tier loan officers
Own the marketing onboarding experience for newly hired loan officers, including assisting with training, platform setup, and transition support
Develop, present, and execute customized marketing strategies, campaigns, and growth initiatives for loan officers
Assist in training loan officers on VanDyk Mortgage's suite of marketing platforms, tools, and best practices
Create, maintain, and evolve training materials, documentation, and program resources
Independently lead loan officer meetings, consultations, and strategy sessions
Serve as a consistent, trusted marketing advisor to both new and experienced loan officers
Manage day-to-day communication, including proactive outreach and responsive support via phone, email, and chat
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely creation and delivery of marketing collateral
