Required

7+ years of civil engineering experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
Strong working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, BIM/Revit and civil analysis software
Proven ability to lead design efforts and work effectively across disciplines
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

rail/open rail experience strongly preferred
EPC / large infrastructure project experience preferred
PE license preferred
