Sentry is a leading insurance company based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and they are seeking a Scanning & Distribution Tech to support their Enterprise Scanning and Mail Services. The role involves sorting and preparing incoming and outgoing mail, operating imaging/mailroom equipment, and performing various administrative tasks.

Insurance

Responsibilities

Monitor various systems and reports to ensure accuracy within the overall mail transaction process
Be responsible for the filing, maintenance, storage, retrieval and destruction of hard copy mail in accordance with established procedures
Research the appropriate destination of miscellaneous mail
Maintain current address files for offices, sales representatives, and agents
Complete deliveries to multiple offices throughout Stevens Point using a company vehicle

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
0-2 years of related work experience
Ability to accurately and efficiently enter and verify data on a PC
Valid driver's license required

Preferred

Previous data entry experience beneficial
Ability to understand postal scales and rates desired
Mechanical skills to aid in the identification and resolution of equipment issues
Ability to work with a high degree accuracy and great interpersonal skills desired
Ability to push and pull various carts with varying weights and loads and ability to lift up to 50lbs. somewhat frequently
