Responsibilities
Evaluate business processes and user requirements related to enterprise-wide enabling technologies, planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Lead the design solutions and providing technical solutions as part of IT projects with detailed documentation
Ensure architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements
Leverage effective business analysis skills and project management practices working collaboratively with various divisions and cross functional teams globally while delivering cost-effective implementation exceeding stakeholder expectations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7+ years of experience as technical owner, business analyst & preferable IT project manager experience in strategic projects involving multiple ERPs (JD Edwards, SAP), finance systems, P2P, T&E, Middleware (OFM) and 3rd Party SAAS applications
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical staff and management
Exemplary communication skills is a must (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation)
Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe
Tactical and Strategic Thinking, Leadership and setting direction
Ability to facilitate decision-making with key stakeholders
Ability to set expectations, explain and champion detailed technical concepts to peers, management and business partners
Ability to translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment
