Responsibilities
Assist in preparing project and program reports, including dashboards and executive summaries, to provide visibility on project status and performance to key stakeholders
Support data collection, extraction, and transformation from various source systems to present meaningful insights for management decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, and business leads, to gather input and ensure accurate, timely reporting
Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting processes and governance practices to drive compliance and efficiency
Participate in regular team meetings, briefings, and stakeholder communications to support project delivery and team engagement
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating December 2026 – August 2027
Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment
Preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively to meet deadlines
Interest in technology, analytics, and project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and concepts
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments
