Responsibilities
Help lead the Nike Global Football Footwear design team in creating unique seasonal collections across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ product
Work closely with Footwear Design and Product Management to build engaging, trend‑driven narratives that meet the needs of our target consumers
Partner regularly with the Development team to communicate design intent, lead CAD creation, and review and refine samples
Collaborate with Product, Materials, and Graphic Design to shape the future of Nike Global Football
Develop comprehensive color storytelling and original content across seasonal product lines
Manage and design presentation materials and present concepts to teams and leadership
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in Design, art or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
5+ years' experience designing and developing innovative color narratives
Passion for design

Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Ability to build accurate 2D technical drawings (CADs)
Preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, plastics, and engineering materials is ideal
Knowledge of knitting processes is a plus
3D design program experience is a plus
Experience with presentation programs such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
