Perform inbound / outbound calls to engage, qualify, and educate prospective investors about services
Utilize Salesforce, and other technology, to connect prospective investors with agents
Follow-up with leads. Disposition activity in Salesforce
Maintain a working knowledge of all documents and agreements
Qualification
Required
Persuasive: Candidates must be driven, persuasive and skilled at influencing others. Build relationships, handle customer inquiries, develop trust and assist outside sales agents in closing sales over the phone
Communicative: Strong listening and communication skills are crucial to this role. Capable of listening for customer objections and utilize sales training to overcome them and create sales opportunities. Strong attention to detail and data entry
Teamwork: This is a team environment, candidates must possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to be able to interact with operations, marketing and other team members to meet sales goals yet be able problem-solve and complete their work independently

Tech savvy and strong multi-tasker: Organize and manage multiple technologies and priorities at once. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Must have quiet and uninterrupted working environment while working remotely and high-speed internet
Preferred
High School Diploma, GED, or 1-2 years of experience in sales preferred
Familiarity with computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications preferred
