Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute monthly invoices in various formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements
Handle complex billing scenarios, including multi-party arrangements, discounts, and alternative fee structures
Oversee invoice submissions through third-party electronic billing platforms, coordinating with internal teams to address rejections, appeals, and budget updates
Monitor and confirm successful processing and payment of electronic invoices
Maintain and update billing rates and templates; recommend improvements to billing processes
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve billing-related issues
Generate billing schedules and analytical reports as needed
Adhere to organizational billing policies and approval procedures
Collaborate effectively with internal staff and external clients while maintaining confidentiality
Support special projects and assist with ad hoc financial tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of five years of hands-on billing experience, ideally within a professional services environment
Familiarity with financial software 3E and eBilling Hub is advantageous
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Self-motivated with strong follow-through and minimal supervision required
Flexible to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
