Responsibilities

Install and integrate servers, storage, network switches, and related hardware in data centers and technology rooms
Manage hardware assets using DCIM tools
Coordinate and execute hardware repairs with vendors and internal teams
Support scheduled data center and office infrastructure changes with minimal risk
Oversee work in remote data centers using local site resources
Communicate clearly with stakeholders across infrastructure and operations teams
Identify gaps in data center documentation and help improve operational runbooks

Required

5+ years of experience in infrastructure or data center technology
Hands-on experience with rack & stack of servers, storage, and network equipment
Strong understanding of data center connectivity (cabling, optics, carrier services)
Experience with DCIM tools and asset management
Knowledge of rack PDU monitoring and power thresholds
Understanding of hot/cold aisle design and airflow requirements
Working knowledge of OSI Layers 1–3 and basic network troubleshooting
Detail-oriented mindset and strong execution skills
