Responsibilities
Leading all strategic planning processes, working directly with Senior Management, Finance and other Key Stakeholders to develop and execute near-term and long-term strategic plans for the Global Brands Division
Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives and embed strategic processes across the business
Working closely with the Group Strategy Director, Executive Vice President, and VP Sales
Performance, Portfolio/Event Directors and other Senior Management, lead the creation of compelling product and vertical strategies that drive sustainable growth and embed operational excellence
Supporting the Global Brands Division with market research or managing external suppliers to identify trends, opportunities and competitive threats, using insights to inform key strategic decisions
Leading on identifying growth strategy and operational opportunities for each portfolio of events within the Global Brands Division
Developing clear and robust milestones with divisional teams to execute key strategy projects, aligned to our 3-year value creation plan
Coaching the divisional teams to deepen strategic capabilities within Hyve
Supporting the EVP and Group Strategy Director in Board presentations and other senior-level reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Strategy consulting experience (3+ years); M&A or integration experience a plus
Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable way
Effective project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and react quickly and effectively to changing priorities
Strong financial modelling capabilities
Ability to work within a matrixed organization and across different cultures and geographies
Confident dealing with people at all levels
A proactive and collaborative approach to working and a strong team player
Always looking to develop personal knowledge, skills and abilities to continuously improve and grow
