Responsibilities
Lead complex advisory engagements across transactions and financial reporting
Review financial statements and SEC filings
Develop financial models, forecasts, and supporting analysis
Oversee business process improvement initiatives
Act as a key point of contact between senior client leadership and external auditors
Manage and grow client relationships, while supporting new business opportunities
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Contribute to the firm’s broader growth initiatives and talent strategy
Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as business combinations, revenue recognition, or stock-based compensation
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in public accounting or accounting advisory
Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
Confidence to operate at a senior client level
Strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred
CPA or advanced degree
