Responsibilities

Coordinate, monitor, and administer the programs for strategic business growth projects
Provide oversight, leadership, and coordination, functioning as the Subject Matter Expert (Procedures/Documents/Records)
Develop and maintain guiding documents, including procedures and instructions
Interface with and provide expertise and input to the leadership team and staff (Procedures/Documents/Records) to ensure successful implementation
Provide metrics as requested in the areas (Procedures/Documents/Records)
Interface with outside agencies (e.g., Washington State and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission) in the conduct of day-to-day work as well as special assessments and inspections
Lead teams of greater than 10 people or across multiple work groups when implementing small projects for programs within responsibility scope where the project may be complex, multidiscipline where strong leadership is required

Required

Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a technical field from an accredited college or university and at least 12 years of experience in a nuclear environment or at a commercial power, industrial or similar facility, two of which are in the areas of Procedures/Documents/Records
OR an Associate degree from an accredited college or university and at least 14 years of experience in a nuclear environment or at a commercial power, industrial, or similar facility, two of which are in the areas Procedures/Documents/Records
OR a High school diploma or GED and at least 16 years of experience in a nuclear environment or at a commercial power, industrial or similar facility, two of which are in the areas of Procedures/Documents/Records
Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a technical field from an accredited college or university and at least seven years of experience in a nuclear environment or at a commercial power, industrial or similar facility, 2 of which are in the areas of Procedures/Documents/Records
OR an Associate degree from an accredited college or university and at least nine years of experience in a nuclear environment or at a commercial power, industrial, or similar facility, 2 of which are in the areas Procedures/Documents/Records
OR a High school diploma or GED and at least eleven years of experience in a nuclear environment or at a commercial power, industrial or similar facility, 2 of which are in the areas of Procedures/Documents/Records
