Responsibilities
Analyzes product, market, and share trends to build warehouse data
Builds page navigation buttons and search fields
Conducts troubleshooting on BI models
Coordinates development of Business Intelligence products with cloud data team and departments
Defines and documents BI product requirements (user stories, goals, KPIs, metrics)
Define BI practices and patterns
Designs graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Develops Enterprise dashboards and reports
Develops UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and provide visual samples mockups and prototypes
Develops reporting systems that provide accessible information for decision making
Documents data modes
Evaluates and improves and improving existing BI systems
Generates and delivers quality reports to customers and performing quality assurance checks on reports
Illustrates design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Maintains data analytics platforms
Translates business needs into technical specifications
Uses warehouse data to generate reports to support business decision making and business performance monitoring
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
2 years' data management leadership
2 years' experience in Power BI Desktop
2 years' experience in Power BI Service
2 years' experience in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
2 years' experience in Power Query/ M-Code
3 years' experience in data modeling
Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company's auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business
Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies
Must be able to meet the physical requirements to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) and CPR training including lifting up to 12 lbs. and supporting up to 55 lbs.; bending, stooping and getting on and off the floor without assistance
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
