Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and evaluation of nursing and nutrition staff while ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and clinical competency
Oversee nursing quality assurance activities, chair the Risk Management Committee, and manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action plans
Chair the Infection Control Committee and ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, workplace safety standards, and patient safety initiatives
Coordinate staff schedules, approve time off and leaves, and support ongoing clinical education and training requirements
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while monitoring utilization, productivity, and performance metrics to support quality improvement
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey required
2+ years of nursing experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting, including administrative, supervisory, or managerial responsibilities
Working knowledge of electronic clinical systems required
Proven ability to manage clinical staff, oversee operational workflows, and lead quality, risk, and compliance initiatives
Strong organizational and communication skills, sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred
Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) strongly preferred
