Responsibilities
Assist in building websites for desktop, mobile and tablet using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems; experience with Webflow is a plus
Maintain and update existing codebases, following established coding standards and best practices, conduct website and application testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security, create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and technical implementations
Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to implement and improve web solutions, optimize website structure and content for search engines (SEO), and collaborate to improve website usability and accessibility
Qualification
Required
Excellent knowledge of modern responsiveness in JavaScript, CSS, HTML. Experience with JQuery/Vanilla JS a plus
1-2 years of using one or more content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices and site speed optimization
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools, including, Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster, and Hotjar
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and is adaptable to changing priorities
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science, engineering, web development, or related discipline/bootcamp and equivalent experience
