Responsibilities
Collaborate with finance teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes
Assist in financial modeling and CEP forecasting activities to support decision-making
Aid in the preparation of month end P&L statement, financial review, and brand review presentations
Support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to process improvements
Work closely with cross-functional business partners to report actuals and develop monthly expense forecasts
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required
Develop proficiency in Excel, SAP, BPC, and Cognos
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
