Responsibilities

Establish, integrate and enforce IAM standards, policies, processes, and security controls that ensure secure, efficient, and auditable identity workflows, robust compliance, and resource protection
Deployment and implementation of IAM systems across hybrid environments, integrating on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and SaaS applications
Develop and lead the long-term IAM strategy aligned with business objectives, security frameworks, and industry best practices
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and technical teams, driving the adoption of secure, scalable, and automated identity solutions that safeguard critical assets

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
5+ years in Identity and Access Management
Highly experienced professional with deep expertise in enterprise-scale identity frameworks, governance models, and security protocols, ITIL, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or similar preferred
Proven experience integrating IAM with AWS services (RDS Postgres, MSK, EKS, Transfer Family, S3)
Strong hands-on experience with AWS IAM (roles, policies, federation), Terraform automation, and multi-account deployments
Experience in Zero Trust frameworks and identity-based security architectures
