Required

Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall team performance
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on proactive decision-making
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, and special events
Preferred
Previous retail experience and a passion for fashion or footwear are advantageous
