Employee Relations Specialist

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact and consultant for leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation
Proactively respond to and resolve employee relations inquiries in a timely and professional manner, delivering clear, actionable advice and support
Maintains comprehensive and accurate records and documentation within tracking system, ensuring data integrity
Makes recommendations for process improvements and contributes to the Employee Relations team in decision-making strategies
Partners closely with HR Partners, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent, integrated, approach to employee relations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and case management systems
Preferred
Employee relations experience preferred
